My Why

I can promise you, after getting a Master’s Degree in Education & teaching for 12 years, owning my own businesses was NEVER on my radar. But friends, as most of us know, things change as God continues to reveal more of our journeys.

My heart changed after having our third kiddo and I just wanted to be home with them. I was afraid to step out of the classroom and give up my income, I listened to that small voice that said, “What If?” this is exactly why I became a teacher? So I could teach my own kiddos? I took the leap and have never regretted stepping away from that career for a second.

As I settled into motherhood and four kiddos, friends, let me tell you…..I was TIRED. My ex-husband was gone a lot for the Army, & full time Biology work. I was homeschooling three out of 4 of our kiddos, directing our homeschool group, & starting a new one. But I knew with God and mentors around me I could raise up our kiddos to love God and others and remain joyful. I began to meet Mamas who felt alone and were struggling and hated seeing them not having any tools or people to help pull them out of the difficult times.

When we became an Active Duty Army family in 2017, I began to meet even more spouses who were struggling, disconnected from their original homes and families, feeling alone and not getting along well with their spouses and families. And this brings me to becoming an Enneagram Coach. I new there had to be a way for me to help and coach women, rather than just inviting them over for coffee and telling them I’d be praying for them. Two years ago, a friend of mine introduced me to the Enneagram and I loved how this tool completely described how I felt and explained why I HATE things like schedules and routine. So I dove deeper and found this tool can help women break free from their self doubt, fears, conflicts in communication with their families, and go after their dreams again! I see women struggling to find their place and voice in this world and know that the Enneagram can help bring direction, clarity and to unlock all that they have been longing for.

I am so thankful for the lessons God has taught me and am excited to continue to build up women and help them love themselves and build healthy relationships with their families and others.
